Email Explore U support. For a bug, include the Explore U app version, iOS version, campus, what you expected, what happened, and the shortest steps that reproduce it. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private information.

For a campus correction, include the place name, campus, corrected detail, and an authoritative source when available. You can use the same address to request a school, propose a feature, or ask a privacy question.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. The iPhone app does not require an account or sign-in.

Where is my progress stored?

Your completed experiences, class locations, and private memory photos stay on your iPhone.

Why does Explore U ask for location access?

Location is optional. When you choose a nearby feature, it helps show unfinished places around you. You can also open campus destinations in Maps without sharing your current location with Explore U.

How do I suggest a correction or photo?

Open a place in Explore U and choose Add details or a photo. Nothing is sent until you review and send the prepared message.

Which universities are available?

Explore U currently includes Florida A&M University, Florida State University, Soka University of America, University of Central Florida, University of Florida, University of Iowa, University of Jamestown, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, University of North Florida, University of South Florida, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, University of Wisconsin–Madison, University of Wisconsin-Platteville, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Viterbo University, and Western Michigan University. More universities are planned.

How do I find my app and iOS versions?

Find the Explore U version near the bottom of the app's You screen. Your iOS version appears in Settings → General → About.
